Commercial Support Administrator
GBR Recruitment Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a well established manufacturing / engineering business for an office based Commercial Support Administrator to further strengthen and support our clients ever growing commercial activities.
In this role, you will be providing support to the Specialist Machinery Product Sales department, Parts Sales department and the Customer Service department.
You will be the key link between all 3 departments, ensuring everything runs smoothly internally and externally.
You will have regular contact with customers, so excellent communication skills over the telephone & face to face, are essential.
The position calls for a candidate who is looking to forge a career within a progressive company and has a positive, motivated and energetic attitude.
Previous experience of a sales support role or service support role is essential
We are looking for:
Previous office based work experience in a Commercial Support / Service Support role or Office Management / Coordinator role ideally within manufacturing / engineering i.e. Off Highway products, Plant & Construction, HGV, MHE or other manufacturing industries
Previous experience gained from a sales & / or service support role
Good level of education
High level of IT skills – Ability to learn new systems quickly, strong in Excel & Word
Excellent communication skills at all levels, over the telephone, email & face to face
Ability to adapt and work in many different areas of our business
Positive and friendly approach
Eagerness to get involved and assist

This role is commutable from: Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire & Rutland / Oakham areas
